Consent for Participation:
By signing this Agreement, I, the undersigned, grant Ready Steady Studio LTD, its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns, the unrestricted, irrevocable, and perpetual right to film, record, edit, use, reproduce, distribute, display, sublicense, and create derivative works from any footage, images, video, and/or audio recordings (collectively, "Content") taken of me in any manner and for any purpose worldwide, including but not limited to advertising, social media, promotions, and commercial use, in any format or medium now known or hereafter developed.
I understand and agree that:

I waive all rights to inspect or approve the final Content in which I appear.

I waive all global rights, including moral rights, copyrights, and any claims to royalties or compensation arising from the use of the Content by the Company or any third party authorized by the Company.

Ready Steady Studio LTD has full ownership and control over the Content and may use it without limitation, including for commercial, promotional, and advertising purposes, and may grant usage rights to other companies at its sole discretion.

I release and hold harmless Ready Steady Studio LTD and all persons acting under its permission or authority from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from or related to the Content, including but not limited to defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights.

I represent that I am over 18 years old and have the legal authority to sign this Agreement on my own behalf.
By signing this form, I confirm that I have read and understand this Agreement, and I voluntarily give my full consent to the terms above
